Amber is a follower of Cora of the Two-Mouths. As a dedicated servant of Moonson she has been sent to Whitewall? to investigate rumoured improprieties. The recent failure of the Bat itself has worried the Emperor and he wants to know how Broyan and group did it and why the Lunars didn't prevent it.
Amber is supposed to make as full an investigation of both aspects as possible. This may involve her having to infiltrate the citadel itself. She has a writ of authority from Moonson himself that allows her pretty much carte blanche as far as operations go.
Story Seeds
- Amber's normal modus operandi is to make at least a few friends among the local troops. They hear that she has been captured by the Orlanthi and the PCs want to rescue her.
