I'd like to get some proposals/ideas of converting the database (excerpt) contents to Wiki pages without too much manual work to start with.

<tim> it should be simple enough to unload the data from Access and load it up into the sites MySQL database

(mind you as the Wiki also uses the database it will reduce the space availiable to it)

Then I'll just need to write some PHP to iterate over the tables to render it as html. That can then be linked into the wiki. Updating the tables will be more complex, but do-able.

If I get time over the next couple of days, i'll download your database to have a look

Jane has put up a prototype database which looks just fine, so no hurry. This way we can use the info as external links and save on space.
