According to my investigation of her background, she was 16 in 1611, and is therefore 24 in 1619, 26 at the time of the above stats.
Showing an increasing tendency to follow Kallyr into stories. Her attitude to her boss can be summarised as "oh no, what's she got herself into this time?"
She gets a major part in 
"Captured". Here we learn how much she dislikes Elusu (if Kallyr isn't around to stop it, he's tied up, gagged, and being kicked). Cynical, practical, and definitely no diplomat, Insterid is great fun to write dialogue for.
If they're together (Insterid's preferred position, as quite apart from this being her job, she thinks Kallyr shouldn't be let out without a keeper) her side of a conversation will probably include something like "no, that's a stupid idea, you'll get yourself killed, you take at least six more guards or I'm not letting you go at all."
Separated, she seems to have a knack for guessing what Kallyr would want her to do in any situation, and doing it even if she disagrees with it herself.
