The main tribe of Volsaxar, occupying the lands north of the lower Marzeel River up to Whitewall. They are the most populous of the four tribes that make up the Volsaxar confederation, although rather small compared to the other Hendreiki tribes, the Jondalarings? of Karhend? or the Hurlant? of Gardufar?.
The Volsaxi sport several "urban" centers:
Whitewall is the traditional seat of the High Kings since King Hardrard the Green.
Smithstone is the commercial centre of the Volsaxi. It gets deeded to Baron Sanuel by Fazzur (for what service? supplying the ships for the naval raid on Karse?) in 1619.
Karstanstead? with the Derensev Library is the older seat of the Volsaxi tribal king.
Vingaford? commands the lowest crossing of the Marzeel River into Karhend and escpecially into Suchara Vale.
Ramsleap is another market town on the Marzeel River on the border to Karhend.

<Joerg> The only clans detailed so far are the Resident Clans at Whitewall. The Bullflood clan clearly is not Volsaxi. Possibly Hurlant? (Gardufar?) or one of the smaller mountain tribes.
