'The Watchful House of Saint Caspodi'

The origins of the Watchful House at Whitewall date back to the First Age. See Saint Gerlant on the Tor. After the defeat of Gbaji and his Dark Empire the Chapter House returned to the West and the Vaulted Hall fell into disuse. Recently (sometime before the Lunar assault) a group of Western knights rode up to Whitewall and claimed ownership of the Vaulted Hall. They showed the Volsaxi king and his advisors their proof of ownership and even more convincing was the greeting the Vaulted Hall itself gave them. When questioned about their presence after all these centuries they asserted that Gbaji was about to experience a resurgence and they had come to help thwart this.
Common Names: The Watchers.
Form: Malkioni Chapter House, religious warriors.
Ideology: The House exists to spread the word of Saint Gerlant and keep an eye open for any resurgence of evil.
Look and Feel: Chaste warriors of god.
Purpose: To watch for Gbaji's return and spread the good word of Saint Gerlant.
Headquarters: Vaulted Hall of Saint Gerlant.
Reactions: Most people shy away from them. The Heortlings do not trust them as sorcerors and the Esvulari distrust them as heretics.
'Resources'
Leader: The unit follows Marshall General Harkent the Eagle Flighted. Harkent is a powerful warrior and inspiration. He is known as the eagle flighted due to his magical cloak of eagle feathers he tore off the back of an enemy.
Renowned Members: None other than the Marshall General.
Membership: Must be a virtutous follower of Malkion who agrees to live by the tenets and words of Saints Gerlant and Caspodi.
Other Contacts: They have some contacts here in the East among the Esvulari but any other contacts are in the distant West which most members have never seen.

The House has preserved the standard form for a Malkioni chapter house for centuries. They are organized in a very strict hierarchy which is based entirely on merit rather than status.

A nameless essence inhabits Saint Gaspodi's Exacting Censer and acts as the guardian of the Chapter House.
Method: Emanation.
Form: The essence never appears in any form other than the Censer..
Communication: The Censer smokes more or less as a means of communication which the Marshall General.
Guardian Requirements: Obey your superiors and keep watch for Gbaji.
